CEDIR is a non-profit, non-governmental organisation, created in April 2007, originally named “Institute for Dialogue and Cooperation”, headquartered in Durres, Albania, and later transformed into the “Center for Economic Development and International Relations”.

We are excited to announce that CEDIR in cooperation with Kukes Municipality has successfully completed Activity T2.5 of the Emounderground project, which is part of the Adrion program. The project has brought together partners from different countries of the Adriatic-Ionian region to explore and showcase the rich cultural heritage of underground cities.
