T\u00eb krijoj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr k\u00ebrkime dhe analiza objektive t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve juridike, sociale dhe ekonomike p\u00ebrmes identifikimit, konceptimit dhe zbatimit t\u00eb projekteve me ndikim n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e vendit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">d.
